Mystery wheel?
Bought a wheel & tire for a spare for the '72 Esprit. It appears the same as the original 14x7 CL coded steelies, but can't find the stamped info anywhere.
Code is RH with T1 over 0 by the valve stem. I was thinking this was a 1970 date, but maybe it's 1980?

T1 over 0 would be 1980, IMO.
RH is a 14x6, 1976-80 A, G-body. |

A 14x6, that's a surprise. With the tire mounted, thought it measured as a 7". Well, back to the drawing board.
Got any 14x7 CL coded steelies? |

it took me many years to find a set of 14x7" steelies...
as it turned out, around the time I started looking, they startd becoming worth real money... So I have ONE correct code wheel, the others are all OE 14x7 that will look correct with my 'dog dish' caps in place.
