Default WTB: 1966 GTO/LeMans horn bar cap (only) for "deluxe" steering wheel

Looking for a non-pitted horn bar cap only for the "deluxe" steering wheel that came on 1966 GTO & LeMans models. Also interested in a clean lucite cap insert if you have it, too. See photos below for part needed.
