It’s around 9” long, it’s basically the same that I had on my original 1974 GTO and then I my car that I race now! The B & M Blower (Now owned by Holley) made a great street blower! I never broke it, tame for around 10 years spinning it as high as 13,000 rpm. In the car I have now it ran as quick as 9.45 in the 1/4 mile on 3-4 lbs of boost. Best street blower ever they were sure made to last, I beat the crap out of it!

Finally got my engine started........!!!!! Started right up BUT having problems with getting water to flow when pump comes on, normal it’s a pain BUT this time it’s a lot worse. Today I’m going to adjust the floats and fuel pressure and then hopefully get the water flowing.

Maybe but I still have a long ways to go! After getting engine up to temp I pulled blower off so I can retorque the heads tomorrow after that I wil reinstall the blower then go over the valve lash and take a compression test then install new plugs.

Me too. My engine sits in pieces in my garage while I'm elsewhere hiding from the heat (and the coronavirus)

Final got my engine squared away, had to tweak the carbs and replace the blower gasket, also installed new plugs and retimed it. Had my wife help with putting the front clip on the car....tomorrow I’ll load it on the trailer!

I suppose I could make that three. My lakester ran 7 seconds on a tenth-mile strip, and will also ride on an open trailer.

Well I lost 2nd round of eliminations (bracket race), but I did qualify at no.5 for the quick 8!
My numbers weren’t great but I haven’t touched a thing on it on 4 passes......I’ll take the small wins!!
FYI it was 97 degrees out......hot!
