Default Ballast Resistor...

Did Pontiac use a ballast resistor under the hood (ignition /points related)....in 59?

It appears I have 2...

Thanks...for posting...

On my engine...there are 2...one beside coil....and one near the battery cable junction...on drivers inner fender.....

Engine does start and run...on the key.....but under hood wiring.....has A LOT of "fixes"...including alternator conversion...

Just trying to sort it out...before I drive it...
