I'M CONFUSED?! I BOUGHT A 1974 VENTURA WITH ELDERBROCK HEADS & HEADERS. NOW I HAVE A HEADER LEAK AND CAN'T FIND REPLACMENT HEADERS?! I'VE CONTACTED MANY HEADER MAKERS WITH NO LUCK. THEY DO MAKE HEADERS FOR A PONTIAC VENTURA, BUT THE ELDERBROCK HEADS ARE H.O. HEADS. WHICH (FROM EXPIERENCE) MAKES THE BOLT PATTERN DIFFERENT THAN STOCK, AND OTHER FEATURES. SO IF I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS DONE THIS SOMEONE KNOWS WHO MAKES HEADERS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW? I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS. THAK YOU, ANDY

dear handy andy , 67-69 fire bird headers work,But if using 2 in you will need a manual box(I still have one) hedman got all the old JR stuff that HO racing used to sell, they are not cheap but are nice.

Hey Andy,
Scott Esterle at Summit has just the header. I bought the Edelbrock heads and Scott worked with Hedman to develop a 1 3/4 x 3in header that will clear the power steering. Haven't installed the heads or headers yet, but they look like they will be very nice. His number is 1-800-230-3030 ext. 6225. If you want I can send e-mail photo of them.
