That is a good diagram. I would also like some info on these stripes. Does anyone know the correct width of the stripes and color shades? Standard trans '68 Firebird shows 2 blue stripes but are they light blue, medium or dark?

Default Th350 stripes

Wasn't a th350 an option for 1968 firebird? It's not in the chart. It is the Trans I have in my 68. Maybe no stripes at all for th350?

The TH350 came out in 1969 I think?

You may have the TH400 if you have a 400 CID engine.

Generally not available.
There was a test fleet of them in some Chevrolets, but very few.

The plant that to make the TH350 burned to the ground, so it was not until 1969 year the TH350 came out in all cars. Only a few Chevy versions were made in 1968.

You are in the wrong decade. The Livonia plant burned in 1953 and GM restarted trans production in the old Ford B-24 bomber plant next to Willow Run Airport.
