Default 63 Tempest - deluxe vs standard

I'm not sure but I believe this first steering wheel horn ring pic is of a deluxe model and the one behind the standard issue. Anyone?

Thanks

'63 deluxe in back and custom in front. Standard wheels had horn button only.

Mods, this post is probably better served in the 61-63 Tempest Tech forum.
