I hope things work out for you Paul and all who have been victims.I've been there. As someone said about a woman who has been violated not the same but it does always remain that feeling of being robbed.
I had a car cover stolen off of my SD,my garage was broken into and parts stolen off of the race car,and my trailer was stolen twice(it had a lock box on it,they used torches to steal it).The parts were found within a 2 weeks,by my investigation the Latrobe police weren't helpful. The 2nd theft of the trailer after 2 yrs of looking I found the trailer. The guy was stealing lawn tractors with my trailer.Again the Latrobe police were no help until I found the trailer. They had some info they didn't use at the time the trailer was stolen. If they used it they would have found the trailer easily as the info pointed to at least one of the thieves.I asked the sargent at the time if he was able to talk to one of the suspects(yes he was one of the thieves) quote'he's not at home when I am on duty'.The sarg is now the police chief of Latrobe, such apathy.Seems to me the lawyers are the only ones the system works($) for.As you can guys can see I am still bitter. The one thing I will admit my guardian angel (creator)showed me the way to finding my property.

Paul, somebody might want to really check that camaro. It could be another converted Firebird. I bought one that looked like a camaro, but was really a Firebird. Someone before me changed all the body panels and front clip. They stopped short of changing the taillights only because they liked the Firebird lights best, but had a camero tailpanel that went with the car.
