You need to back them off and pull torque again, one at a time in the proper sequence.
Just putting the wrench back on them will not overcome the breakaway friction.

Hey moderators!
Goat-Racer posted to this thread at 9:52 PM 12/9/06, as evidenced by the 'latest post' column of the 'Street' forum main page, and by PM'ing Brian to confirm that he truly did post at about 9:52 PM. However, the latest post displayed here is at 2:46 PM.
I've PM'd and e-mailed moderators about this problem previously. Please respond.

Default Follow-up on glitch

Okay moderators-

We're narrowing the problem down a little. After my post#22, a page-2 of this thread magically appeared- and at the top of page-2 is the previously missing post#21 by Goat-Racer. So there must be a bug in the pagination routine- any new page doesn't "appear" until it contains at least two posts!

I'll invoice you for software consulting- in the meantime, get busy scouring the source code for the screw-up!
