Those are email addresses, not IP addresses, so they are not necessarily tied to a specific location.
Still, the mac11 guy does list his location on his Yahoo profile: http://profiles.yahoo.com/mac_11_ga

Yeah, and after looking at his Yahoo "profile", I'm going to go out on a limb here and say his location is probably bogus.

...and then contact your local law enforcement "Detective Division". Call during business hours and use the non-emergency number.
Or better yet, go to the police station and speak to the "Detective on Duty". You will get a better response that way. They tend to take you more serious when you show up in person and are calm, factual and to the point. Don't take things like this likely. In almost every case where a death threat ends up in actual death, everyone says they never thougth the perp. would do that. Also, you may be able to pursue a civil action against this jackass and possibly end up with a judgement against him. Then you can execute the judgement and have a Sheriff take his property (like his computer for instance, what irony!) and sell it at auction to satisfy your claim. Of course, all of this depends on the actual facts and circumstances surrounding the case. Best of luck with this.
