Charlie, I got the idle good and wot is responding good but the intermediate circuit is super rich when driving. I pulled the Intermediate air bleeds completely out and it helped but still too rich. My next step is to drill and tap a reduced jet in the T-slot passage and see if I can't get a good result there. I ordered a bunch of brass set screws that I will drill out orifices. They should come in today!

Do you see anything I am missing? This is a C&S 1150 dominator style carb.

Do you have a blueprint of your settings you can post?

I would need to see what you have to determine what to change. I will say assuming you're talking about idle air bleeds , you shouldnt have taken them out. For e85 they should be in the area of .063 and .067

The Idle air bleeds are still in, I think they are #25.
I had to drill out the IFR from .038 to .042 to richen idle up. It is good.
At about 2000 RPM's the A/F starts to go rich and by 3000 the motor starts to flutter from being too rich. I pulled the Intermediate air bleeds (3 circuit carb) and it did help but did not solve the problem. I think the transfer slot is delivering too much fuel at this RPM. I can orifice it down.

The problem is not in the T-jet either if you ask me.

Drilling the IFR was a good move. The e85 dominator i did .043 worked best .

I dont know much about 3 circuit carbs so if there really different, then my opinion is way off. But .025 is way too small for idle air bleeds for a 2 circuit . Should be more like .063

Did you get my PM Steve ?

Im pretty sure i know what the problem is. If you are open to a test let me know ..
