Default Recling passenger bucket seat option in 66-67

Wondering if anyone has any information, photo's, parts for a reclining pass bucket seat. Not sure if this was an option in 66 or 67; but pretty sure it was an option in 68. Thanks.

Optional in '66 and '67, only with the high-back seats, and only on the pass side. Have seen one real one in my life, on a friend's '67 ragtop.....I showed him the lever and reclined the seat.....he didn't even know he had it! (he'd had the car about a year). Neat option, and have only seen one in the past 40 years.

yes
the strato bucket in 66 for our abodys ... was the first year.. I have owned 3 sets of 66 2 sets with factory headrests
as we know the 66 is one year without the side release ,,,, mechanics at the hinge changed for 67-68 and69-72 release hardware
....making the 66 unique
my 67 recliner and my 68 recliner are the same as my 70 gto bucket with passenger recliner
they are the same thru to 72 using the side release only buttons on both seats with the passenger recliner option...

Correct. But at least one of the other divisions (IIRC, it was Olds?) didn't require the headrests.
