Going to look at a 98 WS6 tomorrow, any advice?

My mother has a friend that has a son with a 1998 Trans Am sitting outside in the country...in the snow...and the son wants to sell it. I had her ask the mom if the TA was a WS6...she said yes it is, so I am going to go look at it tomorrow. The only thing I know about it as of now is that its a 1998, it runs and drives as it should, and it is a WS6. Hopefully its a six speed! I don't know what to look for on these cars...don't know how much he wants for it. Any advice?
