1971 GTO radiator tank code

This 3 row radiator was in the trunk of my 71 GTO project and I am trying to figure out if it is the original radiator to the car. There is no metal tag on the radiator with codes or numbers. The tank has “A C” stamped on it. The car is a base YS 400 car. Could this possibly be the original radiator?
