Installing long branch headers on a 65 2+2 and we are seeing a problem with the oil filter location. We have two filter mountings, one is 90 deg off the block the other is angled toward the block. neither seems to allow enough room to install the oil filter.
What is the correct part for this application? Are we going to have to put a remote oil filter kit on this car? ------------------ A.S.D.Zimtok |

The long branch manifolds require an oil filter adapter that places the oil filter about a 45 degree angling back towards the body of the car. Nunzi carries these, we're in the process of ordering one for my 67 Firebird with long branches.
