PONTIACE RAIV, BRAND NEW #614 HEAD PAIR WITH 16 NEW VALVES, PERFECT!
PONTIAC RAIV HEADS AND VALVES, BRAND NEW!, NEVER USED, TAKEN OUT OF THE BOXES JUST TO TAKE THE PHOTOGRAPHS!, AS PERFECT AS THE DAY THEY LEFT THE FACTORY!
These items are owned by a Pontiac collector and engine builder, Charly K. of Warpath, and are now being offered here for the first time since they were purchased at a GM dealership in the early 1970's! The sale is for one pair of perfect RAIV heads in the factory GM boxes and 16 original RAIV swirl polished valves, 8 intakes and 8 exhausts, still in thier perfect factory GM boxes wrapped in wax paper! The heads are P/N 9799498 as you can see on the box label and they are casting #614 as you can see in the pictures!, the heads still have the color code paint on them that is how perfect they are! The valves are also correct RAIV and were purchased at the same time as the heads were at the dealer. The first time the valves were taken out of the boxes and unwrapped was for this sale and we only removed 1 intake and 1 exhaust, the part numbers of the valves can be seen in the pictures and the boxes are perfect. These heads and valves are perfect and no attempt was ever made at assembly. They are almost too nice to be used and should just be set on a shelf for display by a collector! This is the second year of the RAIV (#614 in 1970) and as such are much rarer then the first year 1969 #722 heads. This is a small price to pay to complete your resto on a $150 to $300K RAIV car or to just put them on display in your man cave.
