Default fan shroud

I think I have one in good shape. It will be a couple of days before I can check. It is at another location. Dan

Greetings Dave. Hopefully Dan will uncover a 1965 Catalina shroud for me. I am not sure if the 66 Cat shroud is the same as the one on a 65. Does anyone know if the 1965 Cat and Bonnie use the same shroud? Thanks, Fred

Fred, 65 and 66 are different on the bottom. 65 has 2 brackets with vertical studs that hold it to the radiator support, 66 has two flanges that bolt to the support. I have a 65 and 66 if you need one. email me at jdh421@msn.com and I will send pictures. Thanks, Jeff

Default fan shroud

Fred,
I found the fan shroud just as I remembered it. It is in excellent shape, with only a little primer overspray on it. I was going to adapt it to fit my '65 GTO, but found the correct one for it. The shroud used to have '65 CAT in crayon on it, but I guess I removed that. I can't find any numbers on it to verify that it IS for a '65 Catalina, and I bought it at a swap meet, but here are the measurements: The overall square opening is 16 3/4" tall, 25 7/8" wide. Tha round opening is 20 3/4" diameter, and it is 3 1/2" thick. It has 2 bolt holes on top that are 12 1/8" apart, and 2 holes in the bottom 18 5/8" apart. It's got a layer of dust on it, but it is in excellent shape. If I remember right, I think the guy I bought it from wanted $50, and I got it for $40. If you can use it, I'll take $35 plus shipping. Let me know if you need more pictures or measurements. Thanks, Dan
