Default been having great results doing Formula wheel hubs

Started doing these differently due to the paint being made differently now. Now I bake 'em ! Yes I clean them bare and bead blast them with real round glass beads, not crushed glass or sand, for a perfect part to work with. They get rinsed with solvent based wax and grease remover before any coating starts. Wicked nice, very durable vs origins by far.

Every seat in the car gets its own wheel?!

Look good, what are you using for the pebble finish?

looks nice. ive been redoing these hubs with texture paint for quite a few years. i dont bake them but do let them sit in the sun before spraying & after for curing as heat definitely helps the wrinkle finish.

i use krylon wrinkle finish paint but there are a few other brands out there that should work good also.

Was using VHT, but their formula seems to have changed making it harder to get it overall perfect. Now I clean them differently, use a polymer powder and cure it, then bake it additional time. These will last forever. Only started on this cause if lack of repops and quality of repops doesn't seem to be good.

Note, repops seem to be back in production.
