How could an engine diaper be near the head of a flywheel bolt?

I don't think he uses a tranny flywheel cover?

He's talking about torque converter bolts, I think. At least, that's what I'm talking about. He mentioned flywheel bolts to demonstrate that strong bolts can have shorter heads.

Yes I’m talking about the convertor to flywheel bolts. Mine are 1/2” x 1” there are 3 of them.

What gaskets do you use, George? O-rings? Dry deck?

Good luck on the fire-up.

Good question...........I need my fuel bowl extensions on my car for a couple of reasons, 1- my fuel lines wont screw on to my bowls without them (linkage interferes) and the bowls need to be spaced out. 2- my engine goes threw a lot of fuel during a 1/4 mile pass and in my opinion I need them. When i sent them my old carbs they (fuel bowl extensions) were on the carbs, they (APD) doesn't think I need them. I like the added fuel its like insurance so I want to put them back on the carbs BUT when they sent me back my old parts the pump levers were not in the box............SO! I called APD they said they don't have them!
there also a couple more reasons but I hate long posts.
