Default WTB, 64 steering wheel horn parts

Looking for the “factory” internals for the 1964 Custom Sport steering wheel (wood wheel).

OEM metal Cup #2, round plastic ring that the screws go through #12, and horn contact #7.

If you have the complete set in the illustration that would work also.

I do not want reproduction items.

Thank you, Chris.
