Default AC Delco Struts

I recently replaced the front struts on my 2011 GMC with AC Delco units ... I think they kind of suck. Soon as temps drop below 50 degrees the seem to lose all dampening for the first 1" of travel, and then the rest is very harsh. They are fine at 70 degrees and higher.

Anyone else had a similar experience? It's actually bad enough that I want to replace them again, any suggestions?

I might be able to get some struts from the warehouse... LOL

I thought the GM trunk struts were going to be better than aftermarket, I was wrong.

I thought so too. But these things let the wheels rattle around like crazy on small bumps when it's cold. The warmer it is, the better they are.
