Question 1966 NON-AC BLOWER FAN ORIENTATION

Having a minor discussion during re-assembly of a '66 GTO without air.
Blower Fan placement/orientation on the plenum is of question.

Anyone have an oe/untouched fan image to share?

Also looking for correct placement of AM-FM capacitor used on the fan blower.
Thanks.
