Default Steering wheel identification question.

Please help me to determine if I found the correct match for an old red steering wheel I have in a photograph.

The red steering wheel in the photograph is the only image that I have of one I'm looking for.

I located a black steering wheel which I believe to be identical. But to my eyes it looks like the red one is of a 'deeper' design than the black one.

I cannot find any other Style that is of an all plastic design and an energy absorbing Style from that era.

Was there any other steering wheel that Pontiac made for the energy absorbing setup that was similar to the black one but maybe deeper? Or are my eyes (and photographic angles) just deceiving me and it's the same steering wheel casting?

The red wheel has a deeper dish.

Thanks Jeff. So there was a deep style and a regular (2 styles) for this particular steering wheel?

The RED one looks to be a Base/Standard Firebird wheel with the no-frills center cap.

Thank you TinIndian68, my black wheel seems to measure pretty close to your red one.
