Default 69 GP rear seat, any reason to keep it?

Is there any reason for me to keep a back seat set from a '69 GP which is good for only the seat framework? I don't need it for my current build, and the upholstery is in a sorry state. Should I just scrap it if I will not be using it? I'm not interesting in selling it, I just wondered if there would be a reason someone would want it, and if they did I would gladly give it away.

.... I knew about the interchange, just not any reason it might be needed. And by the way, thanks Scott!
