As always, Kurt, you looked at the big picture and took the high road.

I am sorry to hear of your dad's passing. You have a wonderful wife and kids who love you to help counter-balance the loss. They will help you get thru this time of pain.

You have my condolences and prayers.

I lost my dad back in April, so yeah, it does suck.

Wow, had no idea. Sounds like you forgave them and had moved-on awhile ago (good of you, but tough situation) Too bad the old man didn't come around to common family sense.
Prayer sent for continued peace in your heart and family.

Very sorry for you and your family Kurt. Tough circumstances.

From a frathers standpoint, I know what your going though as far as the relationship. My mother has no relationship with my daughter either. Ill never ever understand it.

Wow. I am so sorry to hear this and the circumstances surround it.

I'm nearby (Clarkston) and off this week, so let me know if you'd like for me to drive up there if you need anything.

Kurt, sorry for your loss. Remember the good times with your father when you were younger and put the rest behind you. My dad passed 22 years ago just before Christmas at age 60 and there was so much I wanted to do with him and never got the chance. My thoughts are with you.
