Default Steering pictures needed.

I just put a manual box and all new steering and steering arms into my 67. All parts are the right ones I double checked the numbers.

With the pitman arm (box) centered and the idler arm centered I can adjust the L/S tire to sit straight but I can't get the R/S tire to sit straight. It points out and I run out of adjustment to bring it in straight. What I found odd was that both inner and outer tie rod ends were the same length. If I adjust it for both tires straight the pitman arm is off. Am I doing something wrong here.
