Cast your gaze upon my field of hoots, and see that it is barren.

I really miss hockey. I watch football but will miss it less. A game where you score almost every possession is a big no. A game where a ball is kicked back and forth with very little scoring chances, never mind goals is a big no. A game watching two guys play catch for most of the game will not be missed (but I do watch). I watch drag racing, but it's not on often. Watching 20 - 30 cars drive in circles for two hours or more is a no. I did watch and enjoyed Australian football (similar to rugby) when I was a house guest there.

Ill be the one to stand up and say I would be sad. Not as sad as I would for the NHL, MLB, and NFL, but I still watch the NBA. There have been times that it was my favorite league, the problem is the NBA is more star driven than ever. If you don't have at least one top 5 player, and more likely 2, you may as well mail it in. Compared to other leagues where there is a lot more parity. Barring injury the NBA awards can basically be handed out after the free agency period.

I watch pretty much everything aside from Nascar and soccer.

As Hemingway said, "“There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely games.”

You can't play hockey with "social distancing".

You can't do most jobs with "social distancing".

What if our first line workers - police, fire, paramedics, nurses and doctors tried "social distancing"?

I don't personally watch NBA but I want it to restart like everything else in the economy, so we can get the jobs and "normal" back.

Sports aren't the same as they were back in the 60s. It's all about the money these days. Players make way too much money, and spectators are charged way too much money to pay the players. It's all a vicious circle.

Haven't watched the NBA since the days of Bird and Magic. Have totally lost interest.
