After you signed in at PayPal, hit the send money button and type in mikenixonfamilyfund@gmail.com as the recipient. That should do it. Thank you for helping out a great guy.

I only know Mike from our board, but I certainly appreciate him--another $100.

Will pray for him and his family.

I've been sick most of this week, but I got up this morning feeling the best I've felt in the last 6 months UNTIL I got on my computer and read this horrible news. Then I cried like a baby for 45 minutes.

My first contact with Mike was probably 10 years or so ago when I had a question about a 65 Catalina that I owned at the time. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the problem. Then of course we became friends over the board here. In 2009 some of the first folks I met at the CoVention in Dayton were Mike and Tray. Tray and I immediately hit it off because I was in my handicapped scooter with braces on my legs, similar to him. We also became facebook friends and I still enjoy the occasional chat with him. Mike and I joined up again a few years ago in Norwalk and we shared a sip of the special 'mountain' dew that I brought up. Mike was a special Dad. He always made room for Tray when others would have left him at home. I only wish my son looks up to me as much as Mike's do to him.

I've thrown in my $100 and another for someone who can't. If there is anyone who can beat this, it's Mike! Some of you are aware of the message I posted to Mike on his facebook page, and I mean it. If I can work things out and find someone to travel up with me I'm going to try to make the trip up within a week or so. And thank you Don for what you have done.

This news is just so disheartening. This is one of those times where you say with extreme conviction, 'why does something like this happen to a guy like that'.

Monday, I'll have Mike's Family Fund information uploaded in the spot where our main advertising normally is.

Don and Dave have a great idea for raising additional funds for the family and PY is going to get started doing whatever we can to help.

The people of PY, and Pontiac people in general never cease to amaze me. People can say what they want, but Pontiac people are the best! We might fight among ourselves but if one of us needs help we pull together like no one else!

What you've done for Mike and his kids in one day is AMAZING!
As Chris mentioned, we have more announcements to come.

Thank you!

WOW, what can I say, this hurts. I met Mike on here about ten years ago. We had a group of us that would go in the chat room and talk about everything for hours. We would talk about cars, family or just break each others balls. LOL Plenty of that! We would laugh so hard my face would hurt. My wife would hear me laughing and say, you must be on with Nixon. Good Times!!! You could tell Mike is a good guy, Pontiac smart and alot of fun. Mike, if your ever up late and want to talk or break my balls. I'm up to all hours of the morning 3-4 am. And I speak for all the members on here. Stay tough, we love ya man!!

I was part of the chat room, Mike, Mazz, Shawn E, Bill and a few others, balls were busted but a mutual respect for all us. I got to meet Mike in person in 2008 at Norwalk and we still banter on Facebook, if anyone can beat this it's Mike,my 100 bucks is in.

You people have done what nothing else but my best friend has been able to do. You've reduced me to tears. Your assistance means more than you know. The love of my life can put me in the ground debt free. I'm not giving up but I've got no fear and for the first time I'm at peace and am truly happy. No regrets. I wouldn't change a thing.

Thank you all so much car people are incredible. Love to you all!

I have yet to meet Mike, I sent two Franklins as a deposit on the opportunity to say hi at Norwalk.

Stay positive, there is a lot of information that has shown it helps.

Wish there was more I could do.

Ive watched this thread since it started but waited to post because it was just to hard to hold it together.

Mike, you're one of the few guys that I always look forward to seeing your posts. I always know that if Nixon posts an answer to a tech question, it's spot on. Although I don't know you a as friend, what Ive learned about you over the last ten years built my respect and admiration for you as a father, as business owner and a car car guy about as high as it gets.

Please accept my match s the other have done. I have some parts to sell and when they do, its all yours to help those who cant cant help.
