Is there someplace we can find what colors were available in 1977 and 1978 for the Trans Am?

Thanks,
Cook

You'll probably really enjoy this site:

http://www.iwaynet.net/~gl&lisk/transam.html

But for a quick answer to your question:

1977 T/A colors:

Cameo White, Sterling Silver, Starlite Black, Goldenrod Yellow, Brentwood Brown, Buccaneer Red.

1978 T/A colors:

Cameo White, Platinum (silver), Starlite Black, Martinique Blue (pictured in your icon), Solar Gold, Chesterfield Brown, Mayan Red.

Later,
Kevin

Early 78's also came code 51 bright yellow. It was not listed in the broshures. Back when my 78 T/A was almost new there where two or three others running around town that were the bright yellow also. The 77 goldenrod yellow had an orange tint to it.
