Default 70'-71' IC Formula Steering Wheel, project

Very big upside but big project if you want to test your restoration skills. Comes with GM horn spring, horn contact, hub, and formula wheel screws. $175, obo

Yep totally agreed. A restorer that sadly passed this year actually was able to restore wheels this bad. If you need a hub, contact, spring, and formula screws it is a low buy in. Taking offers as well.
