Default 73 seat bottom vinyl

bottom vinyl for front seat, white, custom interior. Mine came apart at the seams and was told it needs to be replaced, not resewn. I dont want new, just a nice replacement so it matches.

thanks

Go to hobby store and get one of these needles and sew it up. I did it, and it has lasted about 5 years.

The problem with that is the seat covers are dry rotted and brittle. Stitching them won’t last, the stitching will eventually tear out from his back or his butt being against that cover and only make the holes tear out bigger. Once they get to this point it’s time to replace them.

The reason for not replacing with new seat covers is that this is my low mile 74 SD. I'm not sure why the threads tore out, the car has been garaged forever. Someday I will find a suitable replacement. Thanks for looking
