The red NOS GM flare for $750 is cut off at the top (missing about 5") and one mounting hole has been hacked out. It's worthless to me.

Really?!?! I did not notice that. Although I have no need so I wasn't looking that close. Sounds like he'll be lucky to get $75.00, not $750.00.
