Poverty caps
How does everyone take their dog dish hub caps off without damaging the painted rim? Thanks!

I use a trim removal tool and place a rag between it and the wheel surface. I also recommend putting a towel down on the ground in case the cap pops off and you don't catch it. Don't want it getting all scratched up on the pavement.

+1. I use a shop rag on the end to protect finishes.

Wadded up towel against the powder coated rim and a curved prybar if I remembered to put it away last time, otherwise a big screwdriver that has never seen a screw.
