Default Unshipped order

Placed and order then a week goes by- no parts. Both the initial salesguy and the followup were very nice and professional- no complaints there.

Anyhow, I called up and the order was simply not 'complete'. "Someone forgot to push a button" was what I was told and the order was just sitting. It's kind of shoddy that no one bothered to follow up and I had to be the one to track it down, resubmit CC info, etc.

The issue is resolved and I have the parts now, so this isn't like a firestorm of criticism, but not exactly what I would call "A+ service"
