Is there a company or a person who rebuilds the Heater controls. This is going to be a non ac car and I have a non ac set of controls I want to put into the dash I will be putting together to replace the current brown dash with AC Controls

They're actually quite easy to rebuild. The hardest part is removing the keeper on the end of the temp and mode select levers. I used a 5/32 pushnut from AMK and tapped it on with a small hammer and 5/16 socket. Everything else is just remove -clean-reapply. I bought a new lens from Ames to top it off.

First picture shows the plastic film still over the lens and the old lever knobs. I'll wait until its in the dash before I pull the film off and add the new knobs.
Second photo shows the pushnut holding the levers on.

It looks like your unit would be easier to disassemble since it has a circlip holding the levers together

Even the electrical switch is rebuildable. By gently bending back the tabs you can remove the switch assembly, polish the contacts, add a little grease and reassemble. It's spring loaded and the contacts must be aligned as removed but it took me less than 30 minutes to do.
