Default 67 GTO Horn Not Working

Just discovered my horn isn't working. Might have not worked for quite some time as I have been fortunate enough not to have needed to use it.

I attached a jumper wire to the horns and battery, and they sounded.

Is there a way to test the horn relay??

Thanks in advance for any guidance folks can provide.

Thumbs up

The horn trouble shooting guide is in section 12-35 of your service manual.
