Looks like vote is on asphalt. Large parking areas. Everyone I've met really nice, hospitable, hotel,POCI.making this a really nice meet. For people who forgot their fire extinguisher, tech selling metal nozzle for 20.00. As an fireman you never have enough extinguisher for a fire.

Talking GREAT SHOW!

If you have time tomorrow to get to Gettysburg, do it! There are lots of great Pontiacs to see. It’s hot with limited shade but host hotels have lobbies to hang in to catch some A/C and rest up. Great opportunity to see well done cars for fun or reference if you’re restoring your’s. Well done POCI!!

Oh yeah, got to talk with Arnie Beswick and Milt Schornack too.

Had the opportunity to see this car and spend s few minutes talking to Ken, the owner, about some of the history. Probably the highlight of the show for me

We had a great time. Learned a little about maximum hp dyno testing at Pontiac from Dimitri Toth, very informative. Also Wednesday am waiting for breakfast table at hotel.Sat with 2 guys,'where you from' they said ,Latrobe, here there from New Alexandria about 7 miles away. Irony, its Father Larry, I know, looked familiar, but didnt recognize him in a POCI tee shirt. Him and his dad brought the Pontiac Sleigh, they bought in New England.

I believe that there were 12 ‘58 Pontiacs there. They lined all of them up in a grassy area to take a pic. I hope there will be an article in Smoke Signal on them.

Hey Jeff,
Thanks for posting a great pic’s of some of the ‘58’s that were there. My car had AC but I drove to and from the convention not using it. I live about an hour drive from Gettysburg. It was just another summer day or days in the Mid-Atlantic area.

This was my first POCI convention and it was awesome! While the whole event was well done, the road warriors cruise was a real highlight. The restaurant had great food, the second stop was really interesting (Frank Buck's) and the roads we traveled were really nice. It was so great to see so many vintage and late model Pontiacs cruising through Gettysburg together.

We got to see some old friends and make some new ones. What a great way to spend the week.
