Question TIMING BELT COVER SCREWS

I thought there was a post with info on suitable replacement SCREWs for the (3) mounting screw used on the Timing Belt Cover but can't seem to locate it.
Anyone have this info; ?

IIRC they were sourced from a Motorcycle parts sight.

Thx.

Thumbs up FOUND IT/THEM...

The OE screws for the 66-68 Belt Cover always seem to be missing.
These are a great alternative part to use.

If anyone has 3 OE to sell LMK.
Cheers.

Looks like a pretty good substitute. I.ve looked for new ones for a long time and never found anything closer than that. I assume the longer threads have no effect? Thanks for the info, Jeff.

Not much activity when it's so cold,
I did however finally get a set of these myself and must say these are almost spot on.

I searched out a set a little less costly with a slightly less shiny finish.
These are 5/16 - 24 X 9/16 Truss Head Screws.

Yes, Post #2 shows the HD offerings found on EPAY.
If you search around you can find better deals.
