Default Headlight wiring guru please

1969 Firebird. I'm running outboard low/hi beams 5 3/4" only.

I bought and installed these yesterday:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GUPLFMQ
https://www.lasfit.com/products/ls-p...eadlight-bulbs

They fit amazingly well and I'm VERY happy with them, BUT.....

I went to align them properly last night and noticed that for some reason, my low beam/hi beam is reversed where my dash light is concerned. In other words, when my low beams are on, the hi beam indicator on my dash is lit. When I switch to hi beams, the hi beam indicator goes off.

I'm thinking this is the wiring of the adapter that comes with the Nokya conversion housings. Any idea how to test/verify this and correct it?

EDIT: I think I found the answer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEkqssfg4Fk

Only difference is that my male 3 prong plug has red on one side, then black in the middle, and a white opposite the red. So which 2 do I switch?

Off-hand without looking at the wiring, I'd say the black is the common ground to the 2 other colors.
Switch the red and the white?

Use a voltmeter to see which has voltage?

Good call, I'll check with my multimeter.

I swapped the red and white. Working just how it should now.
