When getting my new Flowmaster exhaust system installed, the dealer left out the H-Pipe crossover. Is this a big deal? Will I gain any performance by adding this section in? I have a 400 6.6 liter with stock headers, 2.5 inch exhaust pipes with Flowmaster 40 series mufflers.

You may or may not experience a performance gain. Definetly won't hurt.
What I can tell you from experience is the H pipe will drop your decible level quite a bit. If you like the way your car sounds now, leave it off. If you'd like it a little quieter have it put on. |
