Default Lighting Harness Identification

The harness in the attached pic came in a box with a 65 GTO I purchased many years ago. Just came across harness and cant figure out what its for despite going through GTO Resto book, service manual and Ames catalog. Please identify.

Looks like the lighting harness for the ashtray and cigarette lighter.

Thanks OG68

Makes sense, I thought there was just a light that went to the lighter and not both. Thanks as always for the education.

Still havent had a chance to test ohms on headlight wiring. I think my leads will be too short.
