Didn't you buy a blem IA2? you obviously are willing to take a risk with a few thousand dollars.
I think my china heads came today. I do not expect them to live forever, but I do think they will be a fun set to try and make a cheap turbo build. No earth shattering power, but im going to try and piece together a budget set up. <6K that's what these heads are budget. As long as you accept that going in, and their possible failure, it is the race section, there are no suprises
I can name people with just about every aftermarket head, that has had seat issues. these heads look like they have better machining than any of the other offerings, only time will tell of their longevity

I was looking mine over again and discovered one of the helicoil inserts was missing for one of the rocker arm studs. Have to order rocker arm studs, all ready have head, intake and exhuast gaskets. Going to take apart and blend the intake port entrances. Want to test my car with the Torquer 2 next spring and then swap the heads to see how much of a difference they make compared to my 670s.

I have to change the springs to work with my SFT . But it would be interesting to see what the quality of the springs are.

Default 2.19 intake valves 1.77 exhaust valve job complete

I finished up the 2.19/1.77 valve upgrade in these heads. Cut the bowls, have a little more hand work to do to finish up port work but coming along nicely.

Default flow and finish work

I have not finished the smoothing of the port yet these were just off the Serdi machine I have a couple more hours of sanding roll work to finish. I think they will flow 315-320 at .600 which should be great for the street 461 they are going on.
