Here are some pics of fender hardware from some of my virgin cars...
What is interesting is that cars from the same plant (Fremont) have different style inner fender nuts. All have pointy bolts though. First pic is Baltimore (nov 68 production), 2, 3, 4th are Fremont (Jul, jan, feb)and the last is Feb Framingham
