Default Carb#17054910...application?

This carb came along with my 72 when I purchased it but I can't figure the application and CFM.

It still has the blue plastic cover over the opening and doesn't look like it has ever been on a car.

The date stamp is 0454 if that helps.

Any help?
Thanks

Great carburetor!

455SD service replacement, as Brew mentioned. One of the best Q-Jets ever made.

Guys,
Thank you for the information. I don't see a $D in my future but if I go hunting a 71 4-spd, sounds like it would do the trick.
Appreciate the help...

The carb I was asking about was an extra that came with my car. The prev. owner had the original 72 carb rebuilt and recolored...still in the rebuilder's box. Go figure.

He had the motor work done with SD internals...according to the "flipper" I purchased the car from.

if my memory serves me correctly;

4910 = 74 auto SD455
4911 = 74 mt SD455

I know my cousin used to have a (complete with box) "911" carb, I believe it was a "4911" not a "3911"...
