GRANDE 40... Not too late to Pre-Register for this weekend!
On June 25, 1981, the Arizona Chapter was chartered as the 29th Chapter of the Pontiac-Oakland Club International (POCI). To say that we're proud to have reached a 40-year milestone is an understatement. Come help us celebrate at GRANDE 40!
This event has already shaped-up to be Arizona's largest gathering of Pontiacs-Oaklands-GMC Trucks this year, and it happens Saturday, November 6th at the Palm Creek RV Resort in Casa Grande, AZ. This event is FREE to enter, and is open to all enthusiasts regardless of year, model or condition of your Pontiac, Oakland or GMC Truck. Membership in a club is NOT a requirement for participation. If you would like to display your vehicle, please take a moment to PRE-REGISTER right now. Doing so will get you into the express entry lane at the showfield and will guarantee you a souvenir Dash Plaque (first 100 entries only). Easy, free pre-registration is offered via email. Go to www.TucsonMotorama.com and look for the email link to click on. The resulting email template will already be partially pre-filled for you. ...Couldn't be any simpler! All display vehicles must remain in place until our presentations and the 50/50 Cash Raffle end at approx 2:00pm. Caravans announced from Tucson & Phoenix. All those details plus a map, entry info and so much more is available at www.TucsonMotorama.com Avoid the wait... Pre-Register NOW! Questions? Not sure where I placed on the distance- drove just over 250 miles from St Johns in north eastern Az. Good time and saw many I have not seen in some time. nice weather too. On the way there, I picked up a friend who lives in Chandler. Him and I were both at the original meeting in Coolidge in 1981. neat stuff
