Anyone know where the emmisions sticker goes on 72 Lemans w/endura front. Is it on filler, fan shroud, radiator wall, or ?

In short, the answer you are looking for is....Yes.
 Typically it was on the core support. I have seen them placed on the fan shroud too. Depended on time of day, who was doing the "stickering" on the factory line. Could have been in any of those areas.

So it would be correct to be partially covered by the plastic filler piece?

Typically, if your car was optioned with the front filler piece, it was placed on the piece itself and not covered up.
