this metal part attaches to a 70 nose with 5 bolts that look like they are molded in the endura nose. i would like to remove the part so i can paint it and the nose seperately, the nuts are stuck, i dont want to use too much power to remove the nuts for fear of snapping off a bolt, any suggestions?

I would say get the threads as clean as possible, if they are rusty at all maybe sand blast them totally clean, then spray them with a penetrating oil of some kind and let sit like overnight or so, and then try to carefully loosen them then. If you think it is going to break, you could get a nut splitter and break the nuts off(if there is room for one). Using an air impact gun may twist them off without breaking easier than by hand, it could also break them in an instant too Good Luck!
