A power window on my 93 GMC Van only works for a few seconds. After is sits for a while it will work again. I assume that the motor is overheating and shutting down. Then when it cools it works again.
Looking at internet sites with aftermarket parts, it appears that the motor is a "one size fits all", in that the same part number fits several yaers of several different GM vehicles. Is that true? Are the aftermarket parts good or should I get a more expensive GM part? Jim |
