Default Soft Trim Broadcast Sheet

Just found the "Soft Trim Broadcast" sheet for my 1970 GTO convertible. It was stuffed into the front of the bottom of the back seat and held in place by two hog rings and one of the seat springs. It is about 6X4 inches and lists a small number of items including:
"SEQ NO. S/T" (566); "MODEL" (24267); "TRIM" (255); "77" (BSA); "78" (ESA); "79"; "83" (CIFK); "84" (BJ); "85" (CXP); "86" (GXR); "SERIAL NO. (3186); " A OPTIONS" (KI-39-51-8 5); "C OPTIONS"; "D OPTIONS" (10-33-55); "TRANSMISSION" (4 D); "U OPTIONS"; "OTHER"; "SPECIAL" (P3V).

I listed all of the possible entries above that I noted on the sheet. In parantheses above, I indicated the actual hand written entry that was on the sheet. No entry next to an item, such as "79" and "U OPTIONS" indicates that it was left blank. Is anyone familiar with the "Soft Trim Broadcast Sheet"? Feedback would be appreciated!
