Default Pete's book...

on "Vintage Hurst Shifters" offers insight you'll have difficulty finding anywhere else. Mine has paid for itself time and again. Very comprehensive as far as identification of early factory pieces. Don't rely on vague and generalized E-bay descriptions. Handy swap meet tool,as well. He did our hobby a "solid" on this one! Thanx again, Pete.

Pete has my vote as the top guage restorer for Pontiac rally clusters. He is a great guy and keeps you totally informed during the resto of your guages. I even burned a disc of all the photos he emailed me to keep with my restoration folder. His work doesn't come cheap, but he is worth every penny he charges. I was completely happy with his work on my rally cluster.

Pete is the greatest. I have purchased a rebuilt Hurst shifter for a 67 GTO 4-speed with a console (the console will only accept one 67 specific shifter if you want to avoid hitting the front of the benzel in R, 1st and 3rd) and a set of Rally gauges. He is an expert and keeps you totally informed.

Add me to the list. Pete did an early-'65 shifter for my '65 GTO (non-console car). Shifter is so beautiful that it guilted me into putting in new carpeting. A great guy to work with! Two thumbs up from me!

Pete Serio is Gods gift to us "Goatheads"...Add me to his list of happy customers...He really knows his stuff. The shifter I had wouldn't work with my console. It hit when shifting to reverse.. I emailed him a few pictures of my set up & within half an hour he let me know that I had the wrong shifter not to mention I have a Saganaw & not a Muncie in the car. (did I mention I 'm a novice & new to the car?)He built me a shifter that accomodates my set up. The first email, the build, the shipping & the installation all within six days...I just roadtested it and it shifts like silk. I couldn't be happier. Pete is on the money all the way. I will recommend him to all you "GOATHEADS" SIX THUMBS UP FOR PETE SERIO......

Default Two Thumbs Up from me.......

Pete Serio is a Hall Of Famer........He rebuilt and Re-chromed a shifter for my 67 Ram Air car. It went in like a glove. Shifted perfectly on initial test drive.
He is also a gentleman to say the least!!! He will give you his time and expertise without hassle. A tremendous asset to our Pontiac Community.

Joe
